Site Verification Survey
Provides walls and text entries of individual rooms in a building. These spaces are then compared to existing drawings and a report is filed with the client. This type of survey is commonly used to compare and evaluate existing CAD drawings created by outside contractors.
Gross Building/Due Diligence Survey
Provides a building footprint. This type of survey is used in defining gross measured areas of buildings in mapping and as part of the due diligence process prior to property purchase.
Space Usage or Skeleton Survey
Provides the bare essentials of building space without detailing each individual room. This survey is used to plan fire egress routes and define individual gross rentable spaces.

Provides walls, windows, doors, columns, stairs and washroom fixtures. This type of survey is used to calculate areas in a building, define and assign space in facility management programs and as a foundation for renovation and retrofit work.

Provides walls, windows, doors, columns, stairs and three additional elements like life safety fixtures, all plumbing fixtures, room numbers, electrical fixtures etc. This is our most popular survey allowing the drawing to be used for multiple purposes. Detailing fire and life safety points permits fire plans to be generated. Providing room identifiers and area calculations allows the space to be calculated and assigned to an individual department or area.
Comprehensive Survey Click

Provides walls, windows, doors, columns, stairs, life safety fixtures, all plumbing fixtures, room numbers, electrical fixtures, maintenance equipment locations, terminal panels, data outlets and so on. This type of survey is often used in facility management programs employing the use of multiple modules to assign and track individual room elements. It is also commonly used in the architectural, design and engineering fields providing accurate locations of existing fixtures prior to renovations and retrofitting.
BOMA Area Survey Click

Provides walls, windows, doors, columns, washroom plumbing fixtures, room identifiers and BOMA area calculations for the whole building. This type of survey is used by commercial realtors and property owners to calculate rentable areas within their buildings. In addition a detailed report is provided with individual unit breakdowns.
